Register to participate in Reggie’s Sleepout-Ames on Saturday, March 25, 2017, where you (and 1,000 of your closest friends) will sleep under the stars on the football field at Jack Trice Stadium at Iowa State University. The event supports three organizations working to address youth homelessness in our community: YSS, Assault Care Center Extending Shelter and Support (ACCESS) and Emergency Residence Project (ERP).
You can participate as an individual, or get a team together. Ask family, friends and neighbors to donate to the cause. Then, bring a box, small tent (no stakes) and/or sleeping bag to Jack Trice Stadium to set up camp for the night. There will be entertainment, activities, music, games and of course, the McFarland Clinic Boxed-In Design Contest. Food and drinks will be served. (Outside food, snacks, gum and beverages will not be allowed. Exceptions: Those with food allergies or special meal requirements can bring their food and snacks, which will be stored in the event’s food tent.) For registration, please visit the website and click on Jack Trice Stadium: http://www.reggiessleepout.org/
