About
Habitat for Humanity of Washington County AR (HFHWC) seeks to put beliefs into action by working in partnership with our community to provide safe, affordable homes for qualified low-income families. Habitat has shown that building homes does more than put a roof over someone's head. In clean, decent, stable housing families will thrive. In addition to building homes, HFHWC builds a spirit of community and cooperation among the volunteers, supporters, and beneficiaries of the organization.
HFHWC is supported by the Habitat ReStore, a home improvement discount center. The ReStore is open to the public offering new and gently used building materials, furniture, appliances, and more at greatly reduced prices. The ReStore has a small staff and relies on volunteers to help keep everything running smoothly. We are open Tuesday-Saturday from 9:30am-5:00pm.
